    Q: What carriers are used for shipping?
  • FASTER SHIPPING - UPS has accelerated there ground network to save a day or more on ground deliveries to many destinations. Bedbathstore will email you your tracking number when your order ships. We will also send you an email with a UPS delivery confirmation so you are always informed about your order. Some smaller parcels may be shipped via USPS Priority and your tracking will be emailed. We reserve the right to select a preferred shipping carrier, unless otherwise informed.

  • Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands may be shipped via USPS and take up to 2 weeks delivery.
  • Oversize furniture and beds may be delivered by truck and delivery charges will be noted on that item.

    Q: Does Bedbathstore.com ship to Military address?

  • ALL PO Box, APO & FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Currently, Bedbathstore.com is not able to track military shipments thru USPS. Military address delivery ranges from 10 days to 6 weeks depending on location.

    Q: What happens if I put the wrong ship to address?

  • Please review your information carefully. All costs incurred for incorrect or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. For example: UPS will charge a $20.00 fee for incomplete addresses which includes missing information such as Rd., Ln., St, Ave., missing apt or suite #'s and incorrect zip codes. Your account will be charged a $20 fee for any address corrections or adjustments to your original ship to address.

    Q: Will 2 day air shipment arrive to my address in 2 days?

  • If you are selecting expedited shipping, please note product ship times as listed on product page. The choice of 2nd Day Air Shipping will not alter the product ship time as noted on the item page. The 2nd day air will only expedite the transit time from the warehouse to you once the items ship. Please call our customer service department to help with special requests.

    Q: How quickly do orders normally process?

  • Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, during normal business hours. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted via phone or email. If you are selecting expedited shipping, please note product ship times as listed on product page. The choice of 2nd Day Air Shipping will not alter the product ship time as noted on the item page. The 2nd day air will only expedite the transit time from our warehouse to you.

    Q: How are large furniture items and beds delivered?

  • All Furniture deliveries, including iron beds, via truck freight will be delivered as curb side delivery by Old Dominion Freight Line or a subsidiary. The trucking company will call you to arrange a delivery time at your convenience. All Furniture deliveries via truck freight will be delivered as curb side delivery. The delivery does not include setup. Theses deliveries do not qualify for free UPS shipping promotions. Any additional delivery charges will be noted on the product page. If you Reside in the New York, New Jersey, Or Connecticut areas please contact us for white glove delivery and setup options. Additional freight charges apply outside the continental U.S.
