- We make returns easy, simply return your order within 30 days of receipt.

- We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Any order returned that had "Free Shipping" applied will be credited less our actual outgoing freight charges. This is based upon on Bedbathstore’s shipping rate chart.
- Please circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation.
- Please write a reason for return.
- Please provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
- Items which are marked "Special Order" or "Final Sale" or “Closeout” or “Clearance” or “Outlet” are non-returnable.
- All items must be returned in there original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards and manuals
- We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used or laundered or soiled.
- Toilets seats that are removed from original shrink packaging will not be accepted for return.
- Items warrantied by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
- Please insure items and obtain a tracking number for any returns.
- All costs related to return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Bedbathstore.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us
within 24 hours, or via phone.If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.
Shipments Returned To Wrong Location
Orders come from many different locations and a return authorization will be included with your order. Our authorization form will detail where to return your merchandise. Items that are returned to the incorrect location will be refused and/or charged a $15 fee per incorrect return.
If you refuse your shipment you will be charged the actual cost of shipping your order. If you received free shipping you will be charged the actual cost of shipping and the return shipping.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your valid return has been received at Bedbathstore.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 30 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this refund transaction has taken place.
Please note that your credit card company may require additional days to process and post this refund transaction. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please insure all items and obtain a tracking number for any returns.
