Paris Train Rack Style Towel Shelf

Ordered towel rack. When it arrived, one of the decorative bolts that hold the bars to sides had broken off. I contacted customer service about getting another bolt sent. They said as they didn't carry spare parts, they'd just send a new rack at no cost, and no need to return the defective one. It arrived next day! Cannot ask for better customer service than that!Rack is great -
