The curtains are certainly as advertised, and definitely keep out the cold and do provide excellent blackout conditions. We were surprised at the quality considering the price was so low. I would recommend these curtains to anyone who needs 1. warmth, and 2. blackout conditions.

This curtain is light weight but gives you the privacy that you need. You can not see through this curtain. It is hard to find an insulated curtain in this length. I would highly recommend this.

They were made perfect just for me (so it seems). They darken the room and keep the heat out or the heat in whatever I am using at the time (AC or Electric Heat). The fabric resembles a foam feel so I will take care on the washing of it (I haven't done that yet) and follow the manufacturers advice.
