Easy to install

The liner has sewn-in thread loops that slip right over the curtain hooks, so the liner was very easy to install.

Pros:

Great price. And because they are white they work for people who have apartment/condo restrictions about what shows in windows.

Cons:

The liner did not reduce the light completely as my mother wanted, but I thought the light was reduced a lot. Also, they don't come in black, so I can't add a black liner under the white one, so I will be putting black felt between the curtains and liner.
