I love this mattress pad, heating my bed before i get into it. So therapudic, I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful product. This arrived quickly to my house, however I tried to contact them and left several messages concerning my order /I wanted to use the 10.00 off, I didn\'t enter it in while I was making my online order, I ordered 2 King size. I never got any call back, so no personal service at all, no attempt to call me was made by them. Obviously online orders are filled by just a warehouse. Good Luck trying to get a call back. Haven't tried it yet, but shipping was very quick.I would recommend this item to a friend.
