Can I cancel an order? |
| Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. |
| Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. |
| We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. |
| Special Order items will incur a 10% restocking fee if cancelled prior to shipment. |
| Special order items that are already in production are NOT available for cancellation. |
| Items are produced and ordered directly for our customers and shipping times are noted per item. |
| Emails for cancellations will not be accepted. |
| If you refuse your shipment you will be charged the actual cost of shipping your order. If you received free shipping you will be charged the actual cost of shipping and the return shipping.
