this was not quite as advertised

this is advertised as oak and white, it arrived, Cherry and white... I wanted the oak..one of the drawers on the outside was dug up. I wrote customer service and so far, have not received a reply.
the cabinet itself is a nice cabinet and seems sturdy.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
